Mr. Feng Guangyao, founder of Dahuangyu Electronics Factory, was born on Hailing Island in Yangjiang, a coastal city. Growing up by the sea, his childhood was filled with memories of the ocean, and each evening, he’d watch the lights of fishing boats on the water, sparking a deep connection to the sea. Over time, he noticed a challenge: while fishing sustained the lives of many families, fishermen often lacked efficient, specialized lights for attracting fish, which affected their harvests.
In 2004, driven by a love for his hometown and a belief in technology’s potential, Mr. Feng set out to create a new kind of fishing light. He knew that only innovative technology and dedicated effort could bring real improvements to fishermen’s lives. Collaborating with Sanan Optoelectronics, a leader in LED technology, he worked tirelessly to master fishing light technology and gain industry experience, laying a solid foundation for the brand.
In 2014, Dahuangyu fishing light was officially launched. For Mr. Feng, this was more than just a new business; it was the realization of a lifelong dream to support fishermen through reliable, innovative technology.
Since then, Dahuangyu Electronics factory has followed a simple idea: "Empowering Fishing with Technology, Building Dreams Together."
